On behalf of BiC, the National Community award was presented by Somaliland's Mayor (Abdikareem Ahmed Mooge).  BIC's recognition of this hard working Somalilander helped him receive recognition  after over 50 years of voluntary community service- he was promised a permanent salary and  house to be built.
